Livi Kitson-Clark

NZ Registered Dietitian

Livi is a performance-based dietitian with a passion for helping others nourish and fuel their bodies for optimal health and performance. As a passionate runner and CrossFit athlete herself, Livi has a comprehensive understanding of the unique dietary requirements and challenges faced by individuals and athletes.

Livi graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition & Sports Science) and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has also completed a Sports Nutrition Course with Sports Dietitians Australia and FODMAP and IBS training with Monash University.

Her key areas include:

  • Nutrition for sport & performance

  • Weight management

  • Muscle building

  • IBS, FODMAPs and food allergies/intolerances

  • General healthy eating

Livi is all about making small and sustainable changes for long-lasting results. She values empathy and creates a welcoming environment for her clients. Her nutrition philosophy is to celebrate food as a source of nutrients, fuel and JOY!
